Julian Ramirez Jr.

It is with great sadness that the family of Julian Ramirez Jr. announces his sudden passing. Julian was born October 22, 1944 in Del Rio, Texas. He went on to be with the Lord January 27, 2021. He was raised in Decoto in Union City, California and for the last 50 years was a resident of Newark, Ca. He was predeceased in death by his father Julian Ramirez Sr. and mother Herlinda Ramirez, his daughter Valerie Ramirez and his son Julian Ramirez III. Julian will be lovingly remembered by his four children Raymond and Renee Ramirez and Michael and Mark Mendoza, his sister Elizabeth Magallanes his nine grandchildren Alicia, Latiesha, Jesse, Melissa, Donovan, Natalie, Sophie, Elicia and Aria and his seven great grandchildren Sierra, Daijoine, Timothy, Josiah, Athena, Eliana and Tobias and his two daughter in laws Gina and Julissa. He left his footprint of love and kindness on many people's lives and will be missed by so many. Julian was a Machine Mechanic with American National Can for 45 years. He was a devoted Christian and leader at The Church of Christ So Hayward for 45 years. He was a family man, he showed us guidance, life skills and unconditional love. He was a great athlete who wrestled, played basketball, softball and was the Captain of his bowling team. He was very handy and could build and fix anything. He recently retired and loved gardening, doing projects around the house and spending time with his grandchildren. We will be putting our Dad, Papa, Brother, loved one and friend to rest and say our last goodbyes. We would like to invite you to the Visitation on Wednesday, February 24 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 6:30 PM at The Church of Christ, 320 Industrial Pkwy, Hayward. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at The Church of Christ, 320 Industrial Pkwy, Hayward. Burial to follow at 12:45 PM, Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd Hayward.
